Ralph L. “Rudy” Winkler, 91, of Alexis, IL, passed away at 3:20 am, Sunday, April 14, 2019 at his home. Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, April 25, 2019 at the Alexis Presbyterian Church. Interment with Military Honors will be in Alexis Cemetery.
