The Quad City Arts 3rd annual “Chalk Art Fest” is coming to Bettendorf, IA in June. You and your family can put your artistic abilities to the test and possibly take home some prize money. Former Orpheum Theater executive director Kevin Maynard is now in the same position with Quad City Arts. Kevin joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about the fest and the organization.
