The torch will start its journey in the Quad Cities tomorrow morning and make its way to Galesburg. Members of the Galesburg Police Department, Knox County Sheriff’s Department and Galesburg Fire Department will take over the Torch Run duties near Lake Storey tomorrow afternoon. Galesburg Police Department Officers Lt. Stephanie Cromien, Officer Mike Ingles and Beth Pierson from communications joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about the Torch Run and Special Olympics Illinois.
