Bruce L. Tucker, 77, of Galesburg, Illinois died 6:50 p.m. Sunday, September 29, 2019, at his home. He was born on October 23, 1941, in Burlington, Iowa to Rudolph L. and Elnora (Widner) Tucker. He married Frances Custer in Galesburg. He later married Diane Skiles in Galesburg. Surviving is his son, Shane L. (and April) Tucker of Oquawka, Illinois, his daughter, Lisa Tucker-Seibert of Richmound, Illinois, and three grandchildren, Bailey, Blake, and Breeanna Tucker. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Bill Tucker and Gary Tucker. Bruce worked for Gunther Products Company, a division of A.E. Staley in Galesburg for 20 years. He later was a crane operator for Raiders Precast in Burlington until his retirement. He enjoyed riding motorcycles when he was younger, going out to eat, and fishing. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.
Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 6, 2019, at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Service Galesburg Chapel.
