McAlister’s Deli is newly opened in Galesburg but the company just celebrated their 30th year in business. Founded in Oxford, MS, they’re famous for a wide variety of toasted deli sandwiches, giant spuds and their famous sweet tea. They are also about community involvement. Galesburg store general manager Lori Allen joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about the restaurant.
