Carl Sandburg College’s Foundation, as it looks at ways to stay in touch with its alumni and the rest of the community, are offering a unique Trick-or-Treating option for the first time. “Safe Halloween” will be October 31, and the Carl Sandburg College Foundation’s Kim McIntire, Alumni Relations Specialist, talks about it with Will Stevenson on Galesburg’s Evening News.
