For those that have had the itch to start their own small business but are unsure of where to start, the Knox County Area Partnership for Economic Development is offering a hand.

They’re holding a how to start your business workshop next Wednesday called Entrepe-Now.

There are lots of resources available in Knox County for small business owners says Noah Postin, Client Manager with KCAP.

Postin says it doesn’t matter how big or small your idea is, KCAP just wants to point you in the right direction.

Postin will be leading the workshop along with Jim Boyd of the Small Business Development Center at Western Illinois University.

Also on tap to host discussions will Grace Ibirogba discussing Women and African Immigrant Entrepreneurship and Randy Williams will lead a discussion on International Product Development.

The event is free at the Knox County Brewing Company from 6 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 4th.
