The Galesburg Silver Streaks played the first of two in the Streaks Invitational against the Burlington Grayhounds at John Thiel Gym. The GHS Girls are now 8-4 with the win. The defeated The Grayhounds 55-28. The Streaks were dominant from the start. Kaydnce Lydic had an outstanding game stealing 3 of Burlington’s first 5 possessions. She finished with 8 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 6 steals. That performance earned her The Dave’s Autobody Crunch Time Player of The Game. Audree Peck led the way for The Streaks with 12 points and 7 rebounds. Riley Jenkins just missed a triple double with 9 points, 9 rebounds, 10 assists, 5 blocks and a couple of steals. Chelsea Stevenson also finished with 9 points.
