
A Galesburg woman wanted since July for felony escape has been located and arrested in Iowa.
33-year-old Caitlin Seriguchi was arrested on the $100,000 warrant Thursday at around 9:33 am in Brighton following the successful execution of a search warrant at a residence in the 200-block of East Main Street in the Iowa village by Washington and Keokuk County Sheriff’s deputies.
According to KCII radio in Washington, Iowa, her extradition to Illinois is being arranged.
She also faces charges in Iowa on interference and possession of a controlled substance but details regarding the execution of the search warrant were not given.
Galesburg Police had posted on Facebook in July that Seriguchi was wanted for the felony escaping charge.
Additionally, she has a pending felony meth delivery case in Knox County Circuit Court.
