Chris Postin discussed “matters of the heart” on the Saturday, February 15 edition of WGIL’s Galesburg Live.

In the first hour, Chris’ guests were Julie John and Spencer Cochrane from the Cardiac Rehab Program at OSF HealthCare St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg.

In the second hour, Chris talked with Lindsay Peachey, co-founder of Crossroads Counseling and Life Coaching in Galesburg, about the warning signs that can damage relationships.
