Frank C. Theobald, 68, of Galesburg, died at 2:08 p.m. Thursday, March 5, 2020 at OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg.
Cremation rites will be accorded. Family graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Galesburg. Deacon Michael Crummer will officiate. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
