Tuesday was the first full day local bars and restaurants couldn’t fully operate, after Governor JB Pritzker Sunday ordered them to close and shift to drive-thru, delivery, and curbside pick-up options. Local business owners are definitely taking a hit, even if they are to partially stay open.
