Warren County Emergency Management Chief Casey Rexroat — also the Monmouth Fire Chief — says local leaders are in constant contact amid the COVID-19 outbreak, but he’s not bringing them together in the Emergency Operations Center yet, in a setup what would be similar to Knox County’s center.
