Since it was learned last week that Knox County now has one confirmed case of COVID-19 Coronavirus, many people immediately took to social media to either demand information, or spread information that officials weren’t in a position to confirm. Technically, when it comes to the Knox County Emergency Management Agency’s Unified Command, they still can’t discuss some of the information that either is confirmed or rumored. Erin Olson of the Knox County Health Department and Eileen Inness of Galesburg Cottage Hospital are among those working with other Public Information Officers, and talk to Will Stevenson on Galesburg’s Evening News.
