Now is a great time to make time for exercise. Words from R.O.V.A. High School and University of Illinois alum Chad Landers. Chad is the owner of PUSH Private Fitness in the Los Angeles area. We’ve chatted with him in the past about training famous actors and  musicians among other things. Chad joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about getting some movement in while you practice ‘stay in place’.
