Henn House BBQ Catering & Food Truck based in Altona, is a finalist in the Illinois Pork Producers “Pulled Pork Madness” contest. Each business was nominated for their pulled pork and the public has been allowed to vote. The voting went from the Sweet 16 to the Elite 8, the Final Four and now the Top 2, Henn House BBQ and Farmer Smoked BBQ in Princeton vying for the championship. You can vote till midnight Sunday. Henn House owner Phil Hennenfent joined Tom Meredith and Tyler Gumm on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about the contest and his business.
