There’s not a facet of life that hasn’t been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. For some, it can also mean another opportunity. Trent Johnson is a 2015 graduate of Metamora High School. He’s currently working on his master’s degree and was in the early part of the college baseball season for the Tulane University Green Wave as a 5th year senior. He was coming off a year where he had to have a surgery to clean up his pitching elbow and was off to a good, healthy start. He’s decided to come back for a 6th year of eligibility. Trent joined Tom Meredith and Tyler Gumm on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about how this has affected him, his journey to where he is and his future.
