Eleven counties and numerous cities in Central Illinois, including the City of Galesburg, are involved in a plan to restart the economy at a faster rate that the governor’s plan. That is based on the fact that they have already surpassed the requirements to move on to the next phase but they haven’t satisfied the governor’s timeline.
