The Illinois General Assembly will meet for three days this week, Wednesday through Friday, the first time they will have met since the COVID-19 pandemic began in Illinois. State Representative Norine Hammond says many lawmakers aren’t pleased with Governor Pritzker’s response, and believes that and the budget will take up a lot of discussion time.
