Illinois bars and restaurants can open to in-door service starting this Friday. Fresh off of Monday’s release by the Pritzker administration of Phase 4 guidelines for restaurants Cameron Line spoke with Illinois Restaurant Association CEO Sam Toia on Galesburg’s Evening News about what restaurants will and won’t be able to do and the general state of the industry.
