A brand new establishment for enjoying a beverage and a bite to eat will be opening in downtown Galesburg next Tuesday. La Cantanita is the brainchild of owners and couple Elvith Santoyo-McNaught and Justin McNaught. The long, hard process of renovating space in the old Carriage House building has now come to fruition. Elvith and Justin joined Tom Meredith and Tyler Gumm on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about the process and the new business.
