Treat Street is back this year in Downtown Galesburg, although like many things in the era of COVID-19 it will be a little different this year.
Noelle Thompson with the Downtown Community Partnership (formerly Galesburg Business Association) joined Galesburg’s Evening News Thursday to talk about their plans for 2020 Treat Street as well as how they’re rethinking some other events they plan like the Holiday Parade.
