Knox County Health officials announced the death of another resident who tested positive for COVID-19 Wednesday, this time a female in her 90’s.
This is the 42nd death in the county attributed to COVID-19.
Public Health Administrator Michele Gabriel expresses condolences for the family of the latest death. Gabriel adds, “We are facing a historic public health challenge and know this is a very difficult time. Our top priority continues to be protecting the health of our community.”
There was also an additional COVID-related death in Warren County on Wednesday, their 14th.
There are also 39 newly confirmed cases on COVID in Knox County Wednesday, and 20 new cases in Warren County.
