The Energy Assistance Foundation’s “Warm Neighbors Cool Friends” program has been in existence since 1982. It’s designed to help moderate income families with their energy bill. Executive director Susan Sams joined Tom Meredith and Tyler Gumm on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about the program.
