Wilford L. Anderson, 82, of Avon, IL passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020, at Graham Hospital, Canton, IL, 11:34 a.m.
He was born Wednesday, August 3, 1938, in Middle Grove, IL the son of Earl and June (Douglas) Anderson. He married Rose A. Carlson on March 5, 1956, in Burlington, IA; she preceded him in death on August 8, 1999.
Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Jeff (Vicki) Anderson, Rick (Lecia Simpson) Anderson, Vicki (Drew) Tabb, Roger Anderson, and Fred Anderson; 7 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren; one brother Dennis (Carolyn) Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and 1 sister (Gloria).
Wilford loved to fish and enjoyed going snowmobiling. He was an avid hunter. He loved his motorcycle. He also loved his dogs, they had to be hounds, blue tick especially.
