Crystal B. Jacobs, age 73, of Knoxville, Illinois died at 9:58 A.M. on Monday, February 22, 2021, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois. Crystal was born on June 29, 1947, in Bloomington, Illinois daughter of George and Alice (Bushmire) Jarvis. She married Terry L. Jacobs on May 10, 1989, of Jefferson, Wisconsin. He preceded her in death on February 5, 2017.

Surviving is her father, George Jarvis of Galesburg, Illinois; her two sons: William Lee Bowman of Galesburg, Illinois and Gary Dean (Susan) Jacobs of East Galesburg, Illinois, and one daughter, Nancy Sue (Bill) Kelso of Knoxville, Illinois; eight grandchildren: Ryan Gibbs(Stephanie), Nathan Gibbs (Dakota Rose Teel), Andrea Jacobs, Logan Jacobs, Katie Bowman, Shawn Bowman, Katrina Bowman, and Sabastian Kempf; six great-grandchildren: Gabe Sharp, Payton Franzen, Chance Tracy, Brayden Gibbs, Nate Kinney and Ritchie Upton Two sisters, Diane Gipson of Horse Cave, Kentucky and Eva Lynn (Richard) Miller of Galesburg, Illinois, one brother, Max “Butch” (Terri) Jarvis of Galesburg, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her mother (Alice Jarvis), husband (Terry Jacobs) and grandson, (Logan Jacobs)

She was a member of the road to Freedom Baptist Church in Galesburg, Illinois, and a member of Oak Run. She enjoyed nothing more than raising and carrying for ALL of her kids, grandkids, and her great-grandkids. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping trips with her husband to Wisconsin. Crystal never missed out on birthday graduation, wedding, or ANY event to do with her family. Most important to her was visiting her loved ones at the cemetery daily. ; She loved to play the Lottery, Bingo and Scratch off and never went a day without feeding her birds so that she could watch them from her kitchen window. She loved all animals, especially Cardinal birds and her dogs, Sophie & Camo. She will always be loved and never be forgotten.

Funeral Services be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, March 1, 2021, at the Community Bible Church, 1369 Knox Highway 8, Knoxville, Illinois with visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. Interment will be at the Knoxville Cemetery in Knoxville, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the Road to Freedom Baptist church or to the Family.
