The Knox County YMCA, OSF St. Mary Medical Center and galesburg.info are once again teaming up for their 10th annual Commit2Fit health challenge. This is the annual event to help local residents kickstart their road to healthier and more active living. Carrie McCance, Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator for OSF St. Mary Medical Center and Darla Powell, Healthy Living Coordinator at the Knox County YMCA, joined Tom Meredith and Tyler Gumm on “Galesburg’s Morning News”.
