Early Friday morning a Macomb man driving a Mack truck with a semi-trailer was killed in a one-vehicle accident in Warren County.
Illinois State Police have identified the deceased at 57-year-old Doug E. Hill.
Police’s preliminary investigation revealed that for unknown reasons Hill left the roadway to the right and overturned in the east ditch just before 6 a.m.Friday.
Hill was traveling north on U.S. Route 67, just south of 90th Ave. in Warren County.
He was pronounced dead on the scene.
