The continued pandemic is again going to change the plans for the Taste of Galesburg this year.
Given the uncertainty of where the state will be as far as health guidelines and precautions, the Taste of Galesburg Committee says they’ve decided to continue with Taste of Galesburg To Go.
In a release from Co-Event Chairs Kraig Boynton and Deb Cratty, the committee has decided again to err on the side of caution and cancel the event as it is normally held and repeat last year’s event.
They say that over the next month, the committee will work with local Galesburg Area Hospitality Association member businesses to compile a list of menu items that will be showcased for this year’s on-the-move event.
The event is to be held July 18-22.
