The City of Galesburg is looking for feedback regarding its transit services.
A short survey is now available through the City of Galesburg’s website on the main page under news and announcements.
Transit Manager Pamelyn Usher-Miller says this survey will help them “reach out to the public to ensure we are providing them with the services they need”, as they make efforts to improve.
Galesburg Transit has gone through a few changes in the past year that only have broadened their services.
Galesburg transit signed a service contract with VNA Community Services in February that made them the official transportation provider for VNA clients.
They were also able to provide transportation during hours VNA was unable to before.
Service contracts like this provide additional revenue for Galesburg Transit.
