Just before 2:00 in the morning on Sunday, November 7th, Galesburg Police were dispatched to The Corral on Grand Avenue for a report of a burglary from a motor vehicle. Officers met with the victim who told police he had been playing in a band at The Corral that night and someone went through his vehicle and stole a bag full of tools. Security footage showed a blonde white female walking through the parking lot pulling on door handles. The female could be seen taking the bag and entering a silver SUV. Officers were able to read the license plate of the SUV and due to numerous previous encounters, officers identified the female as 34-year old Jessica England of Galesburg. Four days later, on Thursday, November 11th, bar employees notified police that England was inside the business. England admitted to taking the tools, which were retrieved by police at her residence. She was charged with Burglary from a Motor Vehicle. England was arrested back in September for being in possession of a stolen vehicle, then again in early October for the same charge.
