Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Dallas City man on Wednesday on charges of public indecency and disorderly conduct.
Deputies received a call of a man who had exposed himself to an adult female while she passed by in a vehicle.
Chief Deputy in Henderson County Matthew Link says his department worked with Dallas City Police to arrest 62-year-old James W. Glisan.
Glisan is being held in the Henderson County Jail on a $2,500 bond for the pair of Class A misdemeanors.
