An early Sunday morning shooting in Galesburg has now turned into a murder case.

33-year-old Gregory Tucker died later Sunday after being transported to OSF St. Francis in Peoria for aggressive treatment after being shot outside of The Grand Tap.

That’s according to Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood.

Officers have yet to announce any suspects or arrests in this case.

Galesburg Police arrived on the scene of the Grand Avenue bar Sunday finding several vehicles filled with bullet holes.

The only injury that has been reported is Tucker, who was transported by private car to OSF. St. Mary before being transported to Peoria.

He was pronounced brain dead shortly before 5 p.m. on Sunday.

The case remains under investigation
