The Galesburg Silver Streaks snapped a six-game losing streak on the road with a blowout win over the Geneseo Maple Leafs Friday (12/16) night, 68-36. It’s the Silver Streaks’ first Western Big 6 Conference win this season.
The Streaks are 3-7 overall and now 1-3 in the WB6.
Freshman Leslie Kelley was named the Dave’s Auto Body Crunch Time Player of the Game. Leslie scored his first points on varsity, was a great spark for the team coming off the bench, and had solid defensive play.
