Monmouth grad Ross Clayton talks to WGIL about competing on ‘The Voice’

Ross Clayton performs on NBC’s The Voice.

Some might remember Ross Donnan as a baseball player for the Monmouth College Fighting Scots, graduating in 2012.

But now under the stage name Ross Clayton, he’s competing in Season 23 of NBC’s The Voice.

Clayton on Thursday talked to WGIL about thinking he was done with a career in music, picking his audition song, and why he decided to choose One Director’s Niall Horan as his coach after getting a coveted four-chair turn.
