The coffee craze is alive and well across the country, and continues to grow in Galesburg. According to statistics provided by the National Coffee Association, more Americans drank coffee in the past day — 65% — than any other beverage … including water! Add it up, and Americans drink an estimated 491 million cups of coffee every day.
Galesburg has at least eight dedicated coffee shops or drive-throughs, with more on the way. Our guests on Galesburg Live own and operate two of those shops and join us for some coffee talk. They are Melany and Scott Baldwin, owners of the popular Orange Cup Java Station on North Henderson Street and Orange Cup Side Hustle on East Main Street.
