Joyce E. Dahl Kiefer, 78, passed away July 5, 2023, in Galesburg surrounded by her family.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023, from Noon – 2:00 PM at the Hurd-Hendricks Fellowship Hall, 126 South Public Square, Knoxville.
