Tuesday: A Christmas Story: Movie Trivia
Test your knowledge on one of the most famous Christmas movies to date at Hidden Hills Vineyard and Winery! On Tuesday, December 19th at 6:30pm play A Christmas Story trivia with your friends and family! Tables are $35, up to 8 people per table/team. Pre-registration for tables are required. Thursday: Boxcar Dine with Santa
Santa is back at Lieber’s Boxcar Express again this year! This time he will be joining us for dinner from 6 to 8p.m.! We will have a dinner buffet, pictures with Santa, coloring contest and kids activities. Dinner buffet will be $8 for children and $10 for adults.
Thursday: Nature at Night: December
Come celebrate the Winter Solstice with the City of Galesburg Parks and Recreation at the Lakeside Nature Center Shelter! On Thursday Dec. 21st, we will talk about the science behind the annual solstices, take a walk through our luminary-lit woods, and enjoy some hot chocolate and s’mores around the yule log! All ages are welcome to this family -friendly program, with parent supervision.Cost is $5 per person, with the registration link being available here! The program is from 7 to 8 p.m. at Lakeside Nature Center.
Thursday: The Nutcracker Ballet
Dancers’ Studio is once again presenting The Nutcracker! These talented dancers have been hard at work preparing this show at 7 p.m. Thursday on The Orpheum Stage.
Saturday: Christmas Cheer & Holiday Beer
Bring your friends and family to The Vault Reserve Artisan Ales for some Christmas cheer and holiday beer to get the Christmas festivities kicked off for the long weekend! Big Catz BBQ will have dinner available from 6 to 9 p.m. in the taproom buffet style and Chuck Murphy will be playing live music in the taproom from 7 to 10 p.m. Have you seen our holiday cocktail menu yet?
