Illinois primary: Here’s what to know about early voting, in person, or by mail

Early voting is now under way for the Illinois primary. The primary election will be held March 19 in Illinois.

Illinois voters will be voting for president, seats in the Illinois General Assembly and Illinois Supreme Court, congressional districts, and some county offices.

There are three ways to vote within the city of Galesburg:

Knox County voters registered outside the City of Galesburg can vote early at the Knox County Clerk’s office during regular business hours. The office also will be open on certain Saturdays.

The last day to register to vote at your polling place is Feb. 20. The last day to register to vote online is March 3.
