Wednesday: Wheel Throwing Wednesday

Wheel Throwing Wednesdays! From 6 to 8 p.m. this Wednesday, March 13 at Art Defined, Carly will take you step by step in making your very own bowl. Paint your bowl after its been fired. Spots are $40 a person, and can be purchased here!

 

Thursday: Craft Night Out: Upcycled Mini Wall Pocket

Join us at the Lake Storey Pavillion from 6 yo 8 p.m. Thursday, March 14 for a Craft Night Out! For $12 per project per person, registering by March 11, we will be using tin cans to make a wall pocket that can hold whatever you want. March is all about sustainability! Saturday: Shamroxville Parade & Party

Join us in Downtown Knoxville for the St. Patrick’s Day parade during Shamroxville, Knoxville’s day of community celebration. The parade will begin at 1:00pm starting at the Knoxville High School and will travel west down main ending at the square where the party will kick-off at Big Catz BBQ! Following the parade the Shamroxville party will be starting at Big Catz BBQ in Downtown Knoxville! Reserve Artisan Ales will be doing some specialty beer for the day and a live band as well. Come hungry as they’ll be serving up some corned beef and cabbage all night!

 

Saturday: Trivia Night

Join the Galesburg Band Boosters at The Vault for Trivia Night on March 16! Doors open at 6 p.m.; trivia starts at 7pm. There will be a nacho and potato bar by Smokin’ Willies BBQ with a portion of the proceeds given back to the band boosters. Must be 21 or older to participate, and the cost is $120/ table of 8 or $15/person! Other events of the evening, include:

 

Saturday: Paragon Ragtime Orchestra

This internationally recognized show recreates the classic styles and sounds of a 1920’s band, and is the worlds only full time ragtime band! We’re so excited to have the kind of sound that our theatre was built for coming across our stage once more. Playing along to classic silent movies, this is a great opportunity to experience a 1920’s style movie theatre 100 years later!
