Two residents of unincorporated Fulton County face criminal charges for allegedly stealing copper from an area business.
The Fulton County Sheriffs Department Thursday released details of the incident June 18 at a location on County Highway 6.
They say what was termed “a large amount” of copper wire was taken from the business.
A 37-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman, both from the town of Little America, were arrested but released from custody on felony charges of Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property Over $500, and Theft Over $500. They also face lesser charges of Trespassing.
The two do, however, have court dates, and deputies say they want to seize a car they believe was used in the suspected break-in.
