A judge has denied a petition to keep an employee of the Farmington Central School District locked up in jail until trial, after she was arrested this week on charges involving a minor.
Court records in Fulton County indicate the next hearing will be held September 9th in the case of Kelli Miller, 39, charged with felony Indecent Solicitation of a Child.
The school district identifies Miller as a classroom aide.
Police will only say they were made aware Sunday that Miller allegedly solicited a minor at her residence. The school district claims Miller had “improper interactions with a child off school property.”
Neither are providing any other details, except to say they won’t because of privacy issues.
The district says Miller is on leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
