Friday & Saturday: Orpheum Football Film Series
Enjoy our NEW Football Film Series at The Orpheum Theatre with three movies happening this week! Tickets are $5 per person and each ticket comes with a FREE popcorn! Tickets will be sold at the door.
- Friday, September 20th at 7 pm – The Water Boy (PG-13)
- Watch as water-boy, Bobby Boucher Jr. (Adam Sandler) defies the odds in this hilarious football film.
- Saturday, September 21st at 2 pm – Little Giants (PG)
- Watch as coach Danny works his way to the play-offs with his team of misfit kids.

Saturday: Senior Studios: Clay Leaves
Get ready for fall and play with clay at the Galesburg Community Arts Center! Create your favorite autumn leaves and morph them into a mask, a bowl, or something else of your choosing on Saturday, September 21st from 10 a.m.-noon! FREE for area seniors (62+). Gather with friends—or make new ones—at the Arts Center for studio fun! *A $10 deposit is required for participation, and will be returned upon completion of the class. Please note: If your deposit is made by credit card, $9.50 will be refunded due to fees. Tickets can be purchased here!
Saturday: Reserve Artisan Ales Brewery Tour & Tasting Day
Come be the first two groups to enjoy a Reserve Artisan Ales brewery and facility history tour of our building with our owner/brewer, Blake! For $10, you will get the behind the scenes tour, 5 samples during the tour, and a taster glass to take home with you. We have (two) 16 person tours on Saturday, September 21st at 11:15 a.m. and noon, so sign up each person in the Google Form here!

Saturday: Give Back, Galesburg Harvest Hustle 5K Run/Walk & Kids Fun Run
A Galesburg organization helping the community, and its students, try and lead healthy lives is once again hosting its unique 5K run September 21.
“Give Back, Galesburg’s” “Harvest Hustle 5K Run/Walk” will also have a run this year that’s free for children 12 and under.
5K Run/Walk: The course begins and ends on Galesburg Jr/Sr High Campus. The course will go behind Field House and turn on Dayton Drive. The course will wind through the neighborhood and return back to campus. The route ends with final lap inside F&M Bank Stadium. The route does NOT cross any major streets.
Participants are encouraged to run or walk the course. Wagons and strollers are permitted. Pets will NOT be allowed in the event.
The race will be timed and medals will be given for female and male age groups.
Kids Fun Run: (12 & Under) Shorter races for kid age groups will be held at 5 p.m. on the track.
