Valerie L. Faubion, 63, passed away peacefully at her hometown of Phoenix, Arizona, on July 25, 2025.
She was born March 22, 1962, daughter of Beverly (Arp) Norton and James Osborn. She was raised and educated on a farm near Monmouth, Illinois, graduating from Warren High School. She graduated from Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois, in 1982 with a degree in dental hygiene.
Surviving are her mother, two sons – Alec and Kylan of Phoenix, a brother – Bryan Osborn of Monmouth, Illinois, aunts, uncles and cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.
Valerie loved spending time with her sons, her mother and friends. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed. She also was a beautiful piano player.
Cremation was accorded. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
