A single-vehicle accident claimed the lives of both occupants Tuesday afternoon on 120th Street, approximately 1½ miles south of Alexis.
The crash was reported around 1:30 p.m. Warren County Coroner’s officials pronounced the driver and passenger deceased at the scene.
Names of the victims are being withheld until family notifications are complete.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the cause of the crash, with assistance from the Warren County Coroner’s Office. Alexis Fire Protection District and Alexis-North Henderson Ambulance Service also responded.
