The Monmouth-Roseville School District Board of Education has named Katy Morrison as the district’s next superintendent, with her appointment effective July 1, 2028.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Morrison as our next Superintendent,” said Board of Education President PJ Brooks. “Her deep commitment to student success, proven leadership at Harding Primary, and vision for the future of our district made her the clear choice. We are confident that she will build on our strong foundation and lead our schools to new levels of excellence.”

The board emphasized the smooth transition period, allowing Morrison to work alongside Fletcher to ensure continuity in district operations and priorities.

Morrison’s background includes extensive experience in education within the district, focusing on student achievement and community engagement at Harding Primary.
