Three senior living communities in western Illinois that were previously known as Courtyard Estates have new names following their transition to full ownership under Tutera Senior Living & Health Care.
The Knoxville community is now Settler’s Grove, offering assisted living and memory care. The Kewanee community is now Prairie Place, offering assisted living. The Monmouth community is now Maple Hill, offering assisted living and memory care.
Despite the name changes, the local leadership teams and caregivers at each location remain in place. Tutera says residents and families will continue to see the same staff members they know.
“This transition reflects a stronger future for our community while preserving the relationships that matter most,” said Darcy Swanson, executive director of Prairie Place. “Residents and families will continue to see the same team members they know and trust, now with the added support, resources and programs that come with being part of Tutera.”
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is a Kansas City-based, family-owned company founded in 1985 that operates 103 senior living communities in 11 states.
At Settler’s Grove in Knoxville and Maple Hill in Monmouth, residents and families will have access to Thrive in the Courtyard, Tutera’s memory care program designed for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Residents, families, and referral partners with questions about any of the three communities may visit Tutera.com.
