Volunteers are needed to help at the Carl Sandburg Historic Site’s Spring yard and garden clean-up planned for Wednesday, April 12, 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. The site is located at 313 E. Third Street.

Volunteers, lead by University of Illinois Extension Master Gardeners, will be pruning, raking, pulling weeds, mulching, and whatever needs to be done. THere will be coffee and snacks to enjoy.

Bring your gloves, favorite garden tools. Come for a couple of hours or the entire time. Wednesday, April 19 is the rain date.
