Walk to End Alzheimer’s Team Registration Event

Join us to kick off the 2019 Walk to End Alzheimer’s season and show you r dedication to the fight against the disease. You’ll have an opportunity to register you team, share fundraising and team recruitment ideas with other Team Captains and pick up your 2019 Team Captain Kit.
There will be a brief educational program at 6:00 pm
