Lombard 8th grade history teacher Chris Carpenter came up with a great idea to help his students learn. The students had to present in “Shark Tank” style, in front of a panel of local business people. They need to convince the “Sharks” to invest in one of the 13 original colonies. Chris and three of gis students joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk more about it.
